About us

My name is Edmalia Constanza. I was born and raised in NYC to two immigrant parents that worked low paying jobs and lived pay check to check. In order to keep us safe they sacrificed and paid for me and my older siblings to attend private school since we didn’t live in the best neighborhood. We never went on family vacations when my parents had vacation time because they worked their vacation days to bring home extra income.

Growing up I saw my parents work hard and struggle. That shaped my work ethic and taught me Gratitude at a very young age. As a result, as soon as I turned 14 and was able to work, I worked every Summer to help my parents out. Once in College I worked part time and attended school full time. At times this was very challenging but these experiences shaped me into the resilient mom and Entrepreneur I am today.

When I incorporated my business in 2019, the purpose was to make a change in the lives of people with disabilities. My son was diagnosed with PDD/NOS (Pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified, now referred to as Autism) at the age of 2 in Fall of 2013. As a parent, that diagnosis and everything that followed to improve his neurological health was the hardest struggle I have ever endured. Through intensive intervention my son received for years, he is doing amazing. I know the therapist in his life played a huge role as well as me learning everything I could about Autism and ADHD to have the tools to help him lead a typical life.
